Official Retailer Guide
Maximize your margins, order stock easily, and earn money without inventory using Web-to-Store.
1. Essential Account Setup
Before you start selling, make sure your account is properly configured in the Szczegóły konta tab:
- Banking Information (IBAN): Required to receive your monthly payouts from QR Code affiliate sales.
- Point Relais ID (Mondial Relay / Boxtal): If you want your customers' affiliate orders shipped directly to your store, enter your official Relay ID here.
- Billing Address: Used to pre-fill your B2B wholesale orders and calculate shipping.
2. B2B Quick Order & Catalog
As a validated retailer, you have exclusive access to wholesale pricing and bulk deals.
- Floor Price (Excl. VAT): You will automatically see the wholesale price applied to all games in the catalog.
- Volume Discounts: Many publishers offer extra discounts if you order by the carton (e.g., 6+, 12+, 24+ copies). The price will update automatically in your cart!
- 6+1 Free Offer: Look for the ?? badge! If a publisher enabled this, adding 6 copies to your cart will automatically grant you a 7th copy for free.
- Free Shipping (Franco de port): Publishers can set custom shipping rules. Group your orders from the same publisher to reach their free shipping threshold.
3. Web-to-Store (QR Affiliation) ??
Don't have the cash flow or shelf space to stock a game? Sell it anyway!
How the magic works:
- Navigate to the QR Affiliation tab.
- Choose a game you want to promote in your store.
- Set your price: You can apply your own loyalty discount! Choose any price between the Floor Price (wholesale) and the MSRP.
- Print the Poster: Click "Print PDF Poster" to generate a beautiful label with your custom price and unique QR Code. Place it next to the demo box in your shop.
- Collect your margin: A customer scans the QR, pays on their phone, and the publisher ships the game to them. The difference between your custom price and the floor price is immediately added to your BGC Wallet!
In-Store Delivery: If you filled out your "Point Relais ID" in your account settings, the customer's package will automatically be routed to your shop, ensuring they come back to pick it up!
4. My Earnings & Payouts
Track the money you make from QR Affiliation in the My Earnings tab.
- Pending Payout: Money you've earned from recent Web-to-Store sales that will be included in the next billing cycle.
- Monthly Statements: At the end of the period, your pending margin is converted into a payout statement and transferred directly to the IBAN provided in your Account Details.
- Detailed Tracking: See exactly which game was scanned, when it was sold, and how much margin you made on each transaction.
